After having deleted my account for months they still charge my card 3-4$ every month. I’ve tried contacting their staff who tell me my account doesn’t exist because I closed and now I’m stuck with that monthly withdrawal from them. Disgusting client service literally stealing.
I ordered 260 000 COP worth of groceries. The delivery person never delivered it and I still got charged. I haven’t heard back from customer support for 3 days now Rappi also overcharged me multiple times, which I found out later
