Rappi - Deliveries in Minutes

Im totally disgusted with this app and “help centre”. It’s absolutely useless

Waiting for more than 1 hour for the order, when tried to cancel the order, Rappi said that should contact the restaurant directly! The restaurant said that they couldn’t cancel the order, we didnt receive any food and didnt get any refund!!! Rappi claimed that order was ready!! How yall gonna solve this issue??

This is completely scam irresponsible unprofessional company. I hope them to get bankrupt. I have never seen such a “cave man” customer service in my entire life. 1. They charged me for the order that was CANCELLED and NEVER delivered to me. Are you out of your mind, Rappi? You either DELIVER order OR don’t deliver and REFUND. 2. It’s nearly impossible to contact support. Very hidden, very complicated to talk to support if you have order issues. 3. Fake reviews of the places. For example, on Google Maps the place would have 2.3 rate, but on Rappi they have 4.7 rate. And guess what, I tend to believe Google Maps, since the order on Rappi was NEVER delivered to me, while Rappi didn’t take a responsibility AND CHARGED me for CANCELLED order. DON’T USE RAPPI!

Don’t expect that support will help with your problem. If you speak english, not spanish, - no one understand you and no one try to help. I had a very simple problem with order, which could be solved easily for a few minutes. But not with Rappy support. And not in Mexico obviously…

Rappi NEVER returns money from orders which they cancel themselves. They make you wait for 2 weeks minimum for money to come in, and then request to send list of ALL your bank transactions for this period.. never in my life I have seen anyone requested something as private as this. And now, I got my 2 orders canceled by them for 4000 pesos, and support simply ignores me for days, even tho I’m “Prime” and “Diamond”, which supposedly supposed to grant me with their great specialized support.. 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Two great things about this app are: - amount of features it provides (can do anything u want basically, even ATM-delivery) - tech support which fixes any problem blazing fast But the app itself, the ui, the transitions between screens is awful, sorry. It’s just very uncomfortable and painful to use. U gotta throw away half of the screens and start respecting user gestures. If I tap on search bar I want a keyboard to appear to start typing. What I don’t want is to be redirected to another useless screen and having to tap a search bar once again. And there are dozens of such cases

No deja seleccionar algún tipo de producto por ejemplo alitas en muchos negocios de mi ciudad solo deja elegir el paquete pero no da opciones para los diferentes sabores , luego ni siquiera deja ponerle comentarios en los pedidos, pide uno y es a elección del restaurante que te mande lo que quiere así ya no se puede reclamar , se supone que quien paga ordena pero no se puede . Espero arreglen eso mientras tanto 2 estrellas .

No tienen soporte técnico diamante lo hacen bien muy mal servicio al cliente nunca resuelven nada.

Pésimo servicio cobran más que otras plataformas y siempre te cancelan los pedidos Mejor corren la app :3
