Requires a Recover account. Fine, I make one. Then it requires a Strava account with no option to skip. Fine, I’ll try to do that too. It won’t let me make an account with Strava. Gave up.

The first routine I did had an amazing therapeutic effect. However, after my next run the pain was just as bad, in fewer areas. Instead of letting me do the same routine which helped me so much again, it started trying to force me to do strength exercises on my 8 soreness posterior tibialis? First exercise was to put all my weight on one foot and lean forward? That’s injury waiting to happen. Just let ME pick the routine that’s right for me. In the meantime I’ll have to drop the app.
Easy to set up, create a routine based on part of body targeted for recovery, and follow the steps.
Will see if any good just about to get it injury.
This is a great app but since recent updates their are a lot of 'errors fetching videos' which is a pity. I'd hoped the last update would fix them but it hasn't.
I like the app but needs a way to keep track of the routines and programs you’ve done. It does show you what you’ve completed against your goal, but you can’t go back to check or update. I mistakenly saved one, but wanted to update the soreness level and publish to strava, but I couldn’t find it.
Good app but keeps crashing when doing custom workouts.
I’m loving this app! There’s couple of little things that would be awesome and can improve the overall experience of the app. 1. I know nothing about the anatomy of the body, rather than selecting through all the tabs to find my specific pain, why not allow me to click on the body when diagnosing the pain? 2. Countdown between stretches. Soon as I click ‘next’ it jumps me straight to the next one. Meaning I’ve got to reset the timer. 3. Build your routine, it’s impossible NOT to click on an item, even if your scrolling through the content. 4. What if you don’t have the correct equipment? I think it would be great if we could filter equipment we don’t have, so we don’t view videos we can’t do based on equipment
Like others have said, I had a list of Exercises for strength and mobility, which I no longer need now I have this. Great app
I’m finding the app randomly closes out on me.
