I tried canceling an order several times, minutes after it was placed. Each time it gave me the confirmation that the cancellation request was placed- Only for the cancellation to not go through and the order to be confirmed anyways. It wouldn’t be a problem if the app didn’t say you could cancel the order 2 hours after it was placed with a full refund. Not a fan. Bye bye to my $150 dollars

Only one issue is when I typed Why Don’t We a boyband I saw great stickers but then I saw one very inappropriate photo that’s definitely fake, it was all of them facing away on the area where unbelievable was filmed but they were nude which I’ve never seen any pictures of them doing that so it’s clearly fake and no matter where I looked or asked the help center I couldn’t find the report content button :/ so that’s the only problem I’m having with the app otherwise it’s great.

This company is honestly disgusting. They promote art that has hatred and sexist views and when I had tried for a year to talk to someone about, they ignored me and then deleted my seller account, in retaliation, claiming some kind infraction. I reached for over a year to their support email and no one helped and just continually ignored me. Be careful with this company. No one cares. Support is extremely limited and they will delete your account if you bring up the bad stuff on their site, that they condone.

Said if got app you’d get a discount, never happened and very frustrating

Made a mistake on an order, immediately communicated, just 5 sec after placing it…… money stolen. Original art…. Fraudsters

The failure of Redbubble to repair the malfunctioning, broken, and, therefore, worthless app is infuriating and unacceptable. If Redbubble is able to perform as competent company, that would be greatly appreciated.

I ordered a good amount of stickers on the 6th of september. I contacted their support several times. they first told me they would send a new shipment, told me that a second time and then the third time contacting they told me i would receive a refund along with another order. I believe they never shipped it. i never got a tracking number to see where my order was they just said there it was coming from on the app. it’s crazy and this website is a scam.

When you download the mobile app there is no option to make your account a seller account. So when i made my initial account it was not a seller account like I intended. I deleted my account, and listed my reason as “I wanted an artist account.” I made an account on the browser website as an artist. I began setting it up, and before I even completed adding all of my information I had gotten banned for “fraudulent activity.” And for having made a prior account. I appealed the ban with all of the needed information seeing as there WAS NO FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY, I ONLY REMADE MY ACCOUNT because YOUR app does not have the features required to be useable. My appeal was denied, Because i had made a previous account. One i could not use because the app does not have an option to make an artist account. If you are going to make an app, make it useable by aspiring artists on your platform. Don’t immidiately ban artists who havent even gotten their foot in the door.

If you ever plan on selling on this platform, make sure you do it on a separate account. They will ban your art without explanation and once you’re banned they will not unban you despite asking support for help (for me they completely ignored by my second email). My account that I’ve had for years is now gone and I can’t buy anything from the site. Quality ranges from okay to awful, so not like I’m losing much being banned from this. If you want to buy a shirt that will have its design disappear in 20 washes then this your place, otherwise use a different site.
