Redbubble - Shop original art

As title says, no customer service, no reason to ban, all I’ve done is bought items and never broke terms of service

I love the artist on this app, my only problem is it’s not easy to exchange or cancel an order, every time I type in my email and order {which are correct} it never find the order, changing how you can do this would make life easier

The app is ok. Difficult to find what you want but the delivery charge is disgraceful £17 for three t shirts!

Even after multiple bug-fixing updates, the app is unusable. Every page idles for a moment before generating the ‘snap, something went wrong, try again’ error message.

Only started my account and uploaded my own designs, mainly fruits and simple children arts what I made it long time ago. They suspended my account without explaining and I spent a day with this and I don’t know what is the problem with a stripes design, or a fruit one. They don’t even explain or point on one problem they suspend your full account and all of your hard work and time you spend with is wasted. I am so angry and frustrated as I worked so hard. If you have spend days or months and some idiots robot will find your work as a copy or see something terrible in a rainbow stripe design than prepare yourself it will wasted. Disgusting company

I’m a beginner artist and am trying to get the currency sorted I went through a few details and it says it is set to GBP but when I go on my profile all I see on the paid section is dollars. I am aware this is a big problem for Redbubble users so I’d appreciate it if Redbubble could get back to me regarding this issue.

Prints bad and the tees are thin and low quality. Wouldn’t buy again.

Ordered a bag with a printed design, when arrived the quality was trash and way off the original photograph. SCAM!!!

There is no way to leave feedback for purchases in order to recommend or warn people against poor quality products and/or service. I purchased an extremely low quality hoodie from the redbubble app. The print was iron on with faded colours in a square - like something you would do at home. I went to the app to leave poor feedback so nobody else gets taken again by this seller and there was no option to do this. Ebay, amazon etc. manage to have this feature, why doesn’t redbubble?

Honestly disappointed I ordered stickers a month ago and never received them or got a reply when asking them!
