Relive: Hike & Ride Memories

I’ve been using this app for years, I’ve introduced a few different clubs into using it also, last year I finnally bought the subscription. Today after using the app with my horse ride, I went to share the adventure on Facebook via the inbuilt link at the end of your video. Facebook tells me they removed my video/ link as they think it’s spam. Putting stuff up online to get likes, to then send them off site to look at the video. Just tried to chat with your bot about this and nothing/ Failing all other methods of communication I’ve been left with no choice but to share this information here. Please address this issue with facebook as I enjoy sharing my horse / car driving videos online.?

This is a good app but let down by not allowing you to choose your own music from Spotify or your phone☹️

I’m currently on Camino de Santiago and for the past 3 days the relive app has not recorded my journey. If I had the free version I wouldn’t worry so much, but I have paid for the subscription and it’s really disappointing that it hasn’t worked. I have completed the upgrade and it’s still hit and miss. One day it records the whole walk, other days only part. Today we walked 13km and it only recorded 600m.

This app used to work faultlessly. Now it stops tracking me when I loose mobile coverage. Really disappointing when you arrive home after a huge day out motorcycle riding, only to find the app stopped working half way through my ride. Please fix this, as it’s a great app otherwise.

Very happy with this app . Will take me a couple of goes to perfect it but all up, it worked fine and reasonably easy to navigate through. 😃🏍️🏁

This is a great idea!

I signed up for a $28 per year subscription in 2023, now this year they just charged me $59.91 without any warning or email notification, I made multiple attempts to contact support. They won’t respond to email tickets or reply at all so needed to cancel my subscription and contact my bank for a refund. What a shady practice… its a shame because I do enjoy using the app.

The developers have created a fantastic app with relive, but have cut themselves short with 10 seconds limits on video and a maximum combined video length of 60 seconds. Maybe they can consider a platinum subscription that increases the videos for those of us who want to include more video creation please.

Unsubscribed from all notifications …again… but still getting annoying messages. Time to leave.

Hi, I cancelled my subscription as I can’t load photos onto my trip even though I take the photos through the app and add them. This makes to app useless to me which is very frustrating. I searched the forums and it seems a known problem.
