Failure to create video occurs much too often
The app is great - when it is working. I keep getting the error message: This activity failed the last time you tried to create a video - even on different devices. Not only does it take an awful lot of time having to go back and try again, and again, it surely is not how the app (paid for!) is supposed to work! When talking to their customer support people they just recommend to uninstall and then reinstall, which seemed to work for a while, but even that doesn’t help any more. Think twice before purchasing!!
Needs more music!
Friends are getting really bored now of the same old tunes which frankly are pretty nasty. With all the money Relive are making, you would have thought that they could afford to get some new tunes to stop the novelty wearing off.

Errors !!
This is a great app, I pay the annual subscription, but looking at cancelling it, a simple reoccurring error which is extremely annoying, the app records your photos along the route, using my iPhone I take a photo whilst my phone is still locked, a really good Apple feature, BUT ‘Relive’ then pauses your recording route !!
Which means every time I take a photo I have to open my phone & unpause my route, this is really very silly & very annoying !!
Dodgy privacy settings
Defaults all you activities to public, no way to set them all to private. Wants access to all you photos (won’t allow you to select which ones it has access to). Not the right privacy choices in 2024.
Poor customer service
Impossible to contact a human being for support, all replies are from bots or auto emails
Waste of time
Hard to use and very awkward app, awful UI/UX. very limited free features and very expensive. Don’t waste your time
Not working
This app keeps jamming I have deleted and downloaded it twice and still rubbish
Subscription doesn't work
I've paid for the annual subscription but am unable to use any of the features. When I try (e.g. to customise a video), it asks me to subscribe again, then says I've already subscribed, and still doesn't work. Will be requesting my money back.
No pictures?!
What happened to the pictures being in the video on the basic? Makes me sad!
