reMarkable mobile

Hi! I just want to share that the writing experience is amazing... but there is a lot of space for improvements (i.e. allow cut and paste notes from and to different notebooks). My biggest complain is the lack of more templates (or even a template builder through the Win or Mac app!?) and the Live View. LV as a lot of malfunctions regarding the refresh in screen and/or, i.e. doesn’t recognize a new page add to a Live View notebook (so I need to cancel LV and restart again, just because I add a new page). Since we paid a very considerable amount of €€€ for the device, you should also take care and pay more attention to software improvements and, I’m sure, many people will need now LV to work remotely because of Pandemic situation... so I think this is a major major thing to improve. I will change my evaluation if I feel that you solve the issues

The code doesn’t work. I downloaded this app because I’ve been looking for one that can turn writing into text and since I saw that remarkable could do that on a Instagram ad I got really excited. This app has a really good potential but the code thing doesn’t make any sense and doesn’t work!

Minimalist (so I focus on the work). The mobile app just works and makes sure I have access to my notebooks wherever I am.

Why would I use this at all? It has no purpose if it can't upload files from my device. All it does is let me manage files already in the remarkable from my phone which is pointless as I can just do that on the tablet itself.

The font size in the iOS app is comically small. The default needs to be bigger, or there needs to be a setting to change it. Everything else works fine though.

My daughter has a college final this next week and she has been unable to access a file that was corrupted on her tablet, took a week to get cloud team to provide a recovered file but she is still unable to access on her device. So we tried to access on both her PC app, which crashes everytime you open it….it does not work at all. Tried on 4 different PCs. So have been trying on the mobile app as well. The mobile app does not work either!!! Again tried on multiple phones. You open it, it starts to sync and then just closes out! Nobody has been able to offer any suggestions!!! This has been a horrible experience, and my daughter only has a few days left until final and is still unable to access about 20 chapters of notes. Will be rethinking her note taking strategy going forward.
