Love the device and app. I think if there could be integration to Craft and an improved in text search for pdf documents. I think a collaboration with pdf expert type app would be amazing and out of this world. Overall loving Remarkable

In general this app is ok. It does the minimum. That said it’s a real bummer that everything except quick sheets will sync from my paper pro to the mobile app. This is not an issue on my laptop.

The app and syncing works well enough. I have had a few frustrating moments here and there but usually just walking away and coming back allows whatever slowness was there to work itself out. A few nice to have features: • add hand writing features. I would use only the remarkable app (and tablet itself of course) for all of my notes if I could draw/write with my finger or a stylus on my phone. Only having the text editor is bothersome. As an aside, having a good way to add a tick box on the tablet would be great. • add something on Safari that is similar to the Chrome extension for Read on reMarkable. Edit after a year: 4 -> 3 • sync can be frustrating. I recently bulk uploaded a bunch of documents to their cloud. It seems the app is choking on sync now, with it being basically unusable on my both my personal and work phone. The desktop app still works.

I’ve owned the physical Remarkable tablet for 13 months now and it’s great, including the cloud syncing and web view. For this iOS app, I’m not expecting anything fully-featured, just the ability to check things and read. However, it’s really missing some basic functionality; for example, there’s no way I can check the current cloud sync status. It would be better to just direct people on iOS to a view in Safari than use this app.

This app doesn’t have the ability for o upload or import. You have to go to the website address for that which is not right. Please upgrade this app. It’s almost worthless.

Ok, so I just purchased my Remarkable Pro and spent a good day researching and following multiple reviews regarding best practices. My goal is to replace my running daily work journal and a few others. Legal field business. I Strongly recommend that you take the time to learn how to use the device and set up your files/folders/notebooks before doing anything else. Resist the temptation to just start writing. I then downloaded the apps to my iPhone, IPad Pro, MacBook and new windows desktop. Also added the chrome extension for article to my MS edge browser. After setting up my “common book” theme folder and 5 other folders, and an archive folder I started writing. Amazing to see everything replicate across all devices via the App and, I could also make some changes on my other devices which resulted in changes on my Remarkable Pro. So far very happy with the Pro and the app! Seems like at 5/5 to me so far!!

It is absolutely on its own program and often drops the ability to stay connected with my remarkable Absolutely the worst 🤮🤮🤮

App has been working great but suddenly tonight when I opened up the app, all changes I made on the tablet stopped updating in the app on my iphone I went into the Paper Pro, checked sync in settings, it said it was good. Tried restarting the tablet. When it came back on I watched the sync icon do its thing in the corner Went back to the app and still no update. I killed the app and restarted it a few times. Then tried logging out. After I logged back into the app there were none of my files there now at all, it was completely empty and the app never tries to sync I then deleted the app and reinstalled and still, no files whatsoever in the app now and it never even tries to sync still Not sure what’s going on. I double checked I’m logged into the same account in both the Paper Pro and the app and indeed I am Logged into my remarkable account through the browser and it shows the app paired correctly at the right time. Also, through the browser all of my files and folders are there, just not the app I made sure iOS and everything was up to date I then tried it on my iPad, freshly downloaded the app and did all of the same things and the same exact issue Looking at the app revision history I see it was just updated 4hrs ago. Maybe something happened? I’m hoping it’s a bug that get fixed soon because if I can’t access files through my phone then this totally ruins my use case for the tablet I’m sill giving it 3 stars for now. I work in IT and know these things happen. Hopefully it gets fixed but after all my troubleshooting I’m pretty sure the issue isn’t on my side It was working great up until tonight, 4 hours after the last app update

The remarkable tablet pro is a great e-reader, unfortunately synchronization of the document from iOS is a nightmare. Sharing to remarkable just fails without any error messages, just does not sync. It worked at some point, then stopped working for me. Tried the un-install/reinstall method, restarting the device, nothing worked. Even tried of multiple iPhone/iPads. It just does not work. This is unfortunately reducing the appeal of the remarkable tablet itself. I have contacted support, we will see if that does something. And now it works again. Very random, maybe support fixed something on their side? Adding one star.

When typing in the app, the arrow keys don’t work — the up and down keys go left and right — and there isn’t any way to copy and paste text from another source or app.
