Remitly: Send Money & Transfer

I did not receive my money upon cancellation and the customer service ask me to wait for 15 days I waited and call them back they said need to wait another 14 days . Till now no money back . This is the worse app ever created pls download other apps

Every time you initiated a chat, and the CS always portray themselves as very helpful individuals but yet they got nothing done. I initiated a first time transaction with Remitly on 24/9/2024 1130AM, it show on the app that if you use certain deposit methods and it will get transferred instantly. Without thinking much, I gave it a try. After minutes and hours, I have to reach the CS on my own to find out what’s delay. They will tell you all sorts of excuses that your funds on hold, as the partner bank will need to verify my identity and recipients ID. I done everything I could, yet Remitly haven’t got it sorted until today 26/09/2024 12PM. They always give you the nonsense delay and not doing anything about the transaction. How can they such a big company and banks, have issues clearing the identity? It’s superb lousy service. Do not fall for their trap

You are great apps.The transfer time so fast and convenient but we expect you will give us the best rate compare with others money transfer app.

i make a cancellation,and this apps say it will take like 10 days working for me to get my money back,but its 2 months already and the money never get into my account,and also i already call customer service like 25 times,all of them give a same stupid answer,they ask a same stupid things again and again,and i provide all the documents that they need,but still i dont get my money untill now,this is such a stupid apps ever,this apps is robbed your money guys,i give u all warning dont download this stupid apps ever!!!

Already 3 days, still no transfer yet.

Honestly at first I wasn’t to fond of this app because my experience wasn’t good from the beginning but once I called customer service and had them verify my account it was easy peasy from there and I definitely love it

Real easy to make transactions with your app.

So they recently just suspended my account for absolutely no reason and I tried calling can’s emailing the customer service about it and they could not even give me an explanation or anything as to why my account was suspended and I have been on remitly for almost 2 years now so I really did not understand that and I hope everyone else has a better experience than I did with these guys because I honestly was not expecting that after being a loyal customer with them for so long so I hope everyone else has a better experience than I did and maybe even let me know if the same thing might have happened to them recently
