Remitly: Send Money & Transfer

Slow. I was waiting for transfer and after two weeks they wrote about mistake. Horrible experience

The ad said “wherever you are in the world” but the country list is very limited, so impossible to use

The app allows me to send money to my family whilst waiting for their visa to come here

Honestly at first I wasn’t to fond of this app because my experience wasn’t good from the beginning but once I called customer service and had them verify my account it was easy peasy from there and I definitely love it

So they recently just suspended my account for absolutely no reason and I tried calling can’s emailing the customer service about it and they could not even give me an explanation or anything as to why my account was suspended and I have been on remitly for almost 2 years now so I really did not understand that and I hope everyone else has a better experience than I did with these guys because I honestly was not expecting that after being a loyal customer with them for so long so I hope everyone else has a better experience than I did and maybe even let me know if the same thing might have happened to them recently

I mean , developed a app has to be really hard. But you don’t deliver what you promise, I made 2 transfers today and 1 of those will take 3 days is insane because if I should’ve done with example western union it would’ve been instantly available for the recipient, I also made other , well it’s says it would be available in 30 minute , well when i finished guess what, 3 hours is a lot of time , it doesn’t worth it
