Worst app ever , deactivated my account without any valid reason

Your app is becoming more annoying everyday , my girlfriend sent me money to from USA to Nigeria since more than 12hrs now, you debited her account and refused to credit my account. This has been happening often and often. Pls I beg you with the name of God is either you refund the money back to her or you let the money be credited into my account. Otherwise I will start naming this app as a scam and fraud. And work on your service because at this point it is becoming more useless and scary to use

Guys don’t send money through this app someone sent me money since Saturday and I haven’t received it after 5 days and now they blocked my friend from contacting them

I completed my profile, uploaded everything for KYC etc, sent money and only then did they freeze my payment and tell me to call them within a particular time Such a bad experience, that you expect the customer to call you at your convenience when they’ve already started a transaction Beware of this as you transact with this company

This is the worst money transfer app ever please done use if you have to send money to your people in Nigeria because they disabled my account and tag it as fraud for my own hard earn money all because I’m sending money for my family in Nigeria this is the worst experience ever please stay away from this app… they take so much time in making delivery of funds giving so much excuses I try to talk them out that my transfers are good but they listen not and proceed with them canceling and disabled my account. I ever regretted using them in the first place

I just downloaded the app but I’m scared of the all reviews I see here I don’t know if they won’t hold the money I’m bout to send to my wife from Canada to Nigeria here
