i’s terrible every time i try to formalize my journey it crashes. i’m so disappointed

No es correcto que la compañía ponga el billete de las 11:40 de Sevilla a Cádiz solo después que uno ha ya comprado el lde las 8:40: y según ustedes yo ahora que debería hacer? Cambiarlo dándole cinco euros de penal? ¡Que se lo olviden!

I am forced to write a review since the app does not feature any method to report bugs to the developer. Let alone the Renfe website: it’s a maze with no way to report issues related to the mobile app. I am facing two issues: It is impossible to change your ID type or number once it’s been registered. If your ID card or passport expires, good luck entering the details of your new ID: neither the app nor the Renfe website allows you to make such changes. The mobile number field is limited to 8 digits when registering a companion traveller. Italian mobile numbers, for example, can comprise of 10+ digits. Not everyone has a Spanish DNI, not everyone has a Spanish mobile number. Guys , we are in 2022 and live in the EU….

The worst app. I am still not sure what is for. You can’t buy the tickets from here, even when you think you have the option, you won’t be able to complete the purchase! I can’t wait to see a competitor, as at the moment, Renfe is the only option if you want to move by train…

La app no permite elegir asiento

Cada vez esto va peor, ahora la app no permite seleccionar billetes, lleva así más de tres semanas y no lo solucionan. Un desastre.

Siempre iba genial y ahora te golpe te redirige a una cola de espera de unos 15 minutos y cuando por fin es tu turno se va la app.

No te deja seleccionar plaza

Imposible comprar un billete con IOS 18. Entre los retrasos constantes, y la dificultad para comprar los billetes, mejor ir en bus o avión. Increíble el pésimo servicio de trenes público

Lo de quitar la opción de poder elegir asiento era lo que le faltaba a la app para dejar de ser útil del todo
