Best free app to count reps for progressive overload
First time in my life tracking my exercises and this app makes it so easy. Only wish is that sometimes I do a warm up and forget to mark a set as warm up and there’s no way to change it to warm up. If they can add that that would make it great.
WHY DOES IT CHANGE ALL OF YOUR NUMBERS WHEN YOU DELETE A SET?! The most frustrating thing ever. I delete one warm up set and every following set has its rep count completely changed and shifted. Please, for the love of god, fix this.
I love this app! The stats make it easy to ensure I’m getting enough volume for each muscle group and it’s so easy to program things for yourself. Really well done!

Repcount is so great, I want others to know. I've tried to track my workouts every other conceivable way, and it just got to the point that it was too much info to organize. So without fail my progress would stall out whenever a conventional method would start to show its failings. Enter repcount. Having an extensive, tightly organized history for every exercise in my arsenal - even ones I haven't done for a few months - means I'm always on top of my program and now I'm making serious progress. This app has literally replaced 6 others. Don't know what I'd do without it!
When making a routine you can’t set weight or number of reps. Only sets. Wow that’s bad
Great app! Can put your own exercises in and it is easy to look at your history for each exercise!
