Absolutely amazing app! The free and numerous city tours that Rick offers have lead me and my wife to call Rick our “travel sensei.” The free tours are a great way to understand a new city and they bring to life what would normally be a boring walk from one tourist sight to another. He also offers several free audio tours of popular attractions, saving money on purchasing the in-house tour. We have used this for at least 10 different cities/countries. I cannot recommend this app enough!

Giving this 5* as content is superb, but app has some annoying bugs that realty need fixing. The worst is that it handles app backgrounding really poorly, PLEASE fix this common use case: 1. User listening to podcast but decides to take a photo. The app doesn't handle playing whilst taking a photo well so user pauses app audio 2. After taking photo, user switched back to app but 90% of time finds that the app just shows a loading text which never goes away 3. User has no choice but to force close app, then navigate all the way back to the specific audio guide they were listening to

Can’t understand how this isn’t discovered by anyone

We went to Neapolis of Syracuse and the audio guide and directions were so horrifically bad, we immediately thought “Rick Stevens!” As we used his audio guides in Rome and they were amazing. Sadly there aren’t any walking guides for Sicily but considering how much more popular Sicily has become over the years it would be great if he did!

This is a fantastic App, if nothing else it’s worth getting for the Cistine Chapel! However the countless other guides are of equally high standard, and as other reviews have stated, not too long and not too short. Cheers Rick and team! 😀🇮🇹👍

This seems like a great app that we wanted to use on our Rome visit this year but the maps are too small to see on iphone and not zoomable. A real shame as the audio is so informative. It is also very American!

This app is wonderful. Rick and Lisa explain things beautifully and concisely. When you're paying a fair amount for park entrance fees around Europe and want to learn about the history of these amazing places, a free app like this goes a long way. We are so grateful for this audio guide.

Rick is the perfect tour guide. Informative and friendly. He chats away while you are in a queue, gives great tips and fills your imagination with stories, interpretation and discussion. Tip: See which destinations he covers and THEN book your holiday.

Highly recommend this app, very easy to use, a lot of information given but not too much that you are overloaded with it. I will definitely be using this guide for other European cities I visit

I was in Naples and i feel I know naples more then the average person due to ricks audioguide on my iPhone! Live Long and Prosper!
