How do I update account if my cell number has changed. It keeps sending text to a cell number I no longer have. Frustrating customer

They did not update the system for the longest time keeps in getting frozen, not worth the money! Instead of updating it they removed the best feature.

I never knew buying a new phone would prevent me from being able to sign into my account even though I signed in with my username and password. They require a verification code but they never send it. Then they say do the verification ID. So I go there, first click, “your time has expired.” I email them, nothing. This is how new companies prosper, when the previous one’s customer service is so bad you’re forced to switch. What gives, Ring?

Worst update! No, it no longer works at all on my iPad, iPad is using latest update and using the latest version of Ring that I deleted and reinstalled, but still constantly freezes and won’t respond to any touch at all! Please fix this!

Bring back the quick chime snooze option on the dashboard!!!!!

Please fix this it’s awful. Constant crash when i go back through my history.

Unable to login into my account. I called customer service and they said they need my drivers license because my phone number is not on file. I just deleted the app I don’t need their services.

The app works fine. The one feature I want to work for device scheduling to turn off notifications during certain times of day doesn’t work on any of the devices I have (door bell, security lights). Have reinstalled the app, adjusted motion settings, etc, nothing works. Must be an app issue.

Why the heck did you move the Lock icons to the bottom of the dashboard? Very user unfriendly update that wasted my time trying to figure out what I did wrong. Only to find it’s the app update. Put it back.
