Nice app, easy to use, a little expensive but you wouldn’t find any cheaper coach
Too big GPS difference while tracking vs other apps. Week one only free for training is ridiculous. Not worth it.
I like the variety of runs and adjustments to outdoor and treadmill running. Good to have strength training in one app. Haven’t seen any progress yet but I keep trying.
I do like this app, it helps me with my 10 km after a long time plus I do like the strength session at the gym, it helps me with my running plan ❤️ hopefully thanks to runna I will do my first half marathon. Every week I see progress and it motivates me!
A bit pricey - but worth every penny! I started to love running because of Runna. Preparing now for half marathon - with workouts prepared by the Runna team I am motivated and consistent as I have never been before
I hadn’t run more than 8km before, 5 weeks in and just finished a 17km run that felt easy. Love the mix of different running sessions, from intervals to long runs, and mobility training which helps a lot with my back pain. 9/10, waiting for Runna to integrate with Whoop!
Have been using for 6 months. I have run for over 10 years and didn’t think I needed this app. I was wrong. It’s amazing. It has totally changed my running. I stick to the plan and feel so much better for it. I don’t feel the pains and burnout I used to get. It’s also very accurate at predicting your pace if you stick to plan. It was spot on for my marathon times. I love Runna. It has helped me and would highly recommend to anyone on their running journey. Beginner or advanced.
I actually really like this app. I’ve seen marked improvements in my running in only a few weeks. I’ve tried several running plans and apps in the past. I couldn’t get on with any of them because the plans were either far too easy, or unrealistically hard. They have also been difficult to understand and follow. Plus they often are not malleable to fit around my schedule. Runna is great because you can easily adapt how often you run, the level you run at and what your aims are for running (ie get fit, maintain fitness level, train for an event etc). The coaching during running is also really good, because you know whether you’re on track or not. I have tried so many of these apps and none have stuck because there always seem to be issues with them that I can’t get past. Runna is the first one I have been able to stick with longer term, because of its flexibility and ease of use. Definitely would recommend!!
