Charged 43 instead 19 per month, be careful
I was charged 43 dollars instead of 19 as stated for a trial month. With such a deceitful attitude towards users, I wish your feature never became popular.

Crop what was cropped! (iPhone Xr)
Why are images cropped to 16:9 aspect ratio only? Who would want to make a 9:16 video from a 9:16 image that was previously cropped to 16:9? Utter nonsense!

Weak design
Multiple overlaps of UI elements, texts, buttons, on iPhone SE2. Unable to read text descriptions because of that

I’m not sure what happened but this is NOT Runway. This is a cheap knockoff that can’t even animate a photo, all it does it pan the camera around and zoom in or out. Not a single photo I turned to video was animated and my prompts were completely ignored. They must have farmed reviews with a decent AI video engine, then when they had enough they switched to subpar trash. Do not purchase.
Unexpected error
Yeah this is all that happened the entire time. “Unexpected error”. I definitely just got scammed on an apple app. That’s insane.
