Dashboard and reports are not working

On mobile the most important is the dashboard and reports, which is not working, after several app kills it’s opens once then again the same

No options to read the messages in chat

Everything is ok the only problem is my messages are not visible anywhere, theres no chat messages option..

Worst CRM ever and app doesn’t work

I thought with how large they are their CRM would at least work properly…. NOPE! The app is buggy, doesn’t work properly. Doesn’t sync with web, and built on what looks like 1990s app with a newer skin. Absolutely garbage! STAY AWAY FROM SALESFORCE!!! Largest legal scam I’ve ever seen!!! Make you sign a year contract, and then the thing doesn’t even work! And they don’t help or refund partially or anything. Now I’m stuck paying for two CRMs because this one is unusable!!!!

Can perform *all of my CRM operations from my phone! Seamlessly! Almost MORE efficiently than from my laptop! Couldn’t be happier that I learned Salesforce early because all it does is streamline my pipeline

Can’t scroll

When your entering time it’s very hard to scroll up and down without it restarting then ya gotta start all over and the project names or numbers I’m entering time for are never listed and I have to use a random job name then my time sheet gets rejected.

Can’t sign in within their own app due to biometric authentication

It is silly, but my authentication is faceID/Touch ID, but when trying to sign in from the app it says “this browser does not support the current form of verification” which is just poor design on the iOS app.

Good until it freezes

The app and its features work well but at least once a week the app will freeze and give me a blank screen. It won’t populate any info even if I leave and refresh it. Then I have to remove the app and download it again.
