horrible UI, no fields configuration, useless for Support (cases)
apart from 99% of useless fields - I cannot even see case comments (even after dozens of clicks, unfolds and scrolling)

Najlepsza aplikacja i oprogramowanie. Zawsze na czasie cała organizacja.
Najgorszy CRM na jakim miałem możliwość pracować
Aplikacja na IPada to dno. Brak możliwości personalnej konfiguracji, mniejsza ilość opcji niż na IPhona, kompletny brak wykorzystania dużego ekranu w tablecie. Sam Salesforce, to najgorszy i najmniej intuicyjny CRM, na jakim miałem możliwość pracować przez ostatnie kilkanaście lat. Aplikacja na iPhone choć również nie należy do dobrych, pozwala na w miarę sprawną pracę.

The program requires a very, very stable link and large data transmission. when you work in the field there are big problems with establishing connection with servers.
