Hopeless SF app not customisable in any way. If all SF apps are this bad they are useless for the teams that have to use them. Management teams might like SF but maybe they should take a step back one day and see how user friendly they are of the people that provide your pipelines. Terrible app SF

Phone app is not geared up to use on a phone … absolute rubbish. What’s the point of having an app specifically for a phone when the interface isn’t adapted properly? 🤷🏼‍♂️🙄

Sometimes it works, and when I can finally log in the wait times are quite relaxing.

Salesforce is awesome. The app is also great but there are some things that still need attention reminders that you set on tasks do not come up within the phone app where they do on the desktop version. Also some of the navigation within the app to get to the information that you need is a bit clunky but overall a fantastic app connected with Salesforce Maps is a killer combination

I don’t know how this app gets a good rating. It’s terribly clunky and the app doesn’t allow you to do half the things you need to do resulting in having to use a desktop computer to complete tasks. It also logs out every day and it’s about a three step process to login (google authentication for our company).

It’s good CRM system but it’s so slow that sometimes it will take 5 to 10 seconds to load…. It’s 2023

Bugs out, screens dont load intermittently, certain functionality missing that the web version has. Disappointed to not have the full capability via the app and then try to load it in my browser on iPad Pro 12.9inch running ios16.5 and I get an error on the web page saying that I cant load the desktop version or the mobile version, and need to use the app. Fix the app pls.
