I tried to download the international certificate, but it doesn’t work. The error button keeps showing error and the QR code bring me to a random PK google search??

I know I should be trying to learn a bit of the language, but if you want me to come as a tourist then I believe I warrant a bit of assistance. If I hadn’t already paid for airfares and accommodation I simply wouldn’t bother visiting Indonesia at all ever.

It won’t let me add my international certificate. Also my middle name is wrong and won’t let me edit it. Have no idea what to do know. I tried WhatsApp in help section and it’s in Indonesian so I can’t read any replies. No idea what I do now.

App ini meminta nomor NIK tetapi tidak ada tempat untuk mengisinya. Terlebihnya, kalau mundur halaman, semua data yg sudah diisi menjadi hilang! Developer kolusi ini….

when trying to register in English Version and after personal details completed it kept saying “missing info” which “other identity documents” if Foreigner has been selected then the only thing is. wedged is Passport details which have been entered but still errors pls fix the bug

Hard to find English version. They should understand that Foreigners don’t speak nor understand their language, I tried to edit my profile and doesn’t work at all.

I followed the guided step to input my vaccination history with all necessary information but it always asked me to input vaccination #2 even if I have done that. Tried many times with re-entering the info again and again.

When uploading an international vaccine certificate it keeps giving an error message that Dose #2 is incomplete, despite the details for dose #2 being entered. I even tried saying I only had 1 dose of the vaccine and when entering through I got the same error message, Dose#2 is incomplete - despite saying I only had received 1 dose of the vaccine (and therefore I couldn’t enter dose #2 details). App is full of bugs and inconsistencies. Very difficult to comply with the arrival regulations of Indonesia. Oh, and to top it off, tech support is via WhatsApp via Bahasa only (no English).

I was unable to fill out the form as English was unavailable, not no use to me.

This app is a waste of time! I tried several times to upload my 3 vaccines does but it says I should complete dose 2, but is already completed!
