Having been forced to use this in 2022 made some sense at the time but now it's impossible to log in. Either with my PIN, email OTP or WhatsApp, it will never log in. Yet it sends me messages almost daily. Pointless.

I uploaded both my vaccine details but it keeps on saying I haven’t uploaded vaccine #2. It’s better if they take this app down. Useless app. Don’t bother to download it. It runs too slow and has a lot of glitches.

I cannot register account because the maximum number of login attempts. But many times this situation, why? Please fix this.

Cannot even submit vaccine history!

Having difficulties in submitting non-Indonesia vaccination verification. The “vaccine non-Indonesia” keeps showing under maintenance from last Thursday. I will be arriving Medan next Tuesday, is it possible to fix it asap?

After receiving the 6 digit verification code and enter it, the maximum application attempt error will pop up and cannot register. Please fix it!

Im going to bali in mid mar and tried many times to register without success. The country dropdown list is not available in the apps. Please fix it.

Can’t enter phone number, can’t enter passport details, can’t enter vaccine certificate! Completely unusable, but needed to enter the country.. :(

Can’t login. Try for many times but still didn’t send the 6-digits verification code to the WhatsApp. How can I login in?

Still have difficulty to claim a vaccine certificate on yr App…Is it possible to show you a copy of vaccine certificate only without a valid code upon arrival? Please help !!!!
