I am trying to upload my international vaccination certificate and it won’t allow me to do it. I have tried numerous times and still it says I have not submitting properly. I am traveling to Bali and want to update everything but this app is so hard to navigate.

The peduli lindungi app worked. But the SATUSEHAT app will not register any of the vacine certificates and information. How are we meant to comply when you app dosent work for visitors!!

Unsure why foreigners are made to download an app that has set up almost all in bahasa. Can’t upload international vax certificate or vaccination record. Just wasted 2 hours trying to do stuff.

Tried to login for my latest trip. Login failed as it says I’m not registered. So I try to register with my email address and even phone number and it says I’m already registered. Caught in a loop here. Going to create a new dummy email address to try and get around it but I suspect that it won’t allow multiple registrations for one passport number Needs to be sorted as my trip is in 4 weeks.

Not well equipped for foreign nationals. Very hard to edit data. Can’t log in via mobile if you have a “0” at the start of your cellphone number. All help via chatbot in Indonesian. Not good.

Trying to submit my Non-Indonesia Vaccination Record in the apps but it’s not working. Apps says “If you have an EU certificate, you can simply verify it by taking a photo of the QR code attached on the certificate.” Still looking where to scan the QR code…….

In the beginning of registration, you have or can choose Passport number or NIK from your KTP. In the end, they required both numbers to be submitted. Start all over again with all of the documentation. At the end, we can't proceed with the infomation. Frustrated with the whole process.

Very sorry to say this but this is the most useless app….I have tried everything to upload my international vaccination information….to no avail

Uploaded all vaccination data, still waiting for approval after 2 MONTHS, even though it’s supposed to be within 5 working days. Not able to contact anyone to resolve, or change submission or resubmit. Traveling to Bali soon, really hope this doesn’t make it a terrible experience. All HELP sections are also ONLY in Indonesian, which is useless to any non-Indonesian speaking foreign visitor.
