Despite keying the correct PW, the mobile app rejected numerous time. There is no way I have keyed the wrong PW as I have only accessed it recently. Deleted and reinstalled the app, still the same. Doesn’t help on top of this, the SCB 24hr hotline isn’t user friendly as well to request for assistance.
Among all banking app. posb digibank, OCBC digital, UOB Tmrw and SC mobile… SC mobile is by far the worst! Even if you keyed in the correct username and password, they will still lock u out. Ridiculous. No way one day i keyed in correctly and then the next day with the same info are all wrong
Call on 9/6/24 11.55am to 12.10pm. A gentleman name Daren (if I heard his name correctly) is very patient to answer all my question Ned help me with a fraud transaction that was not done by me last month and was still indicated into bill although I called last month and was given a new card. He help me settle all these problem with so much patience and assurance. Thank you for making such unpleasant experience into a assuring one
OK for basic needs. Laggy and buggy for almost everything else. Constant errors while trying to update communication preferences, app clicks taking you to website which says you should click in app to enable offers leading to circular logic. Emails offers not reflecting in app (only way to accept offers is in app). Etc etc. Perhaps well planned but very poorly executed.
Got scammed: transaction wasn’t authorized. Took me a long time to reinstall my internet banking. I had to insist. And insist. And call again. Hotline not convenient and you can barely hear the employees from the call center. Lovely helpful people at the various branches, but they hardly make up for the terrible service provided.
With the new update, view balance for both deposit and credit card is not as easy compared to the past.

Keep failing when trying to register an account by card number. Tried to call hotline and there is no option related and can’t get to a human support! Have been trying for days and unsuccessful. Frustrated.
I can’t change the daily transfer limit in the app. I can’t change the limit on the website either event if I have already set up the SC Mobile Key on my iPhone. I can’t use the chat service because it’s not available. If it’s not available, why you put it there OMG. I guess I have to do it at the bank counter. They are encountering serious technical issues or they just did it on purpose. I’m no longer banking with SC. Terrible user experience.
