I don’t get it. I set the schedule for 9a to 9p but I can clearly hear the fan working after 9pm.
This system was extremely easy to set up! The app is easy to navigate and connect your device, the hardest part was finding my WiFi password LOL!! Highly recommended this is AWESOME!!
You have to set a schedule in the app to turn on and off the fan. That would be fine if it even worked. I cant change the times. They both stay at 8am start and 8pm off. I can’t change the days, it resets to Monday to Fridays after saving. It also resets back to medium frequency. Please fix your app. I was so excited for this.
This App makes controlling the Scent Direct so easy. Love it
I’ve been a ScentAir customer since the original systems and I LOVE the new Bluetooth app and setup. It makes it so to change my system settings if I need to turn it up or down! I haven’t tried connecting it to WIFI yet but the BT even lets me schedule events at different scent volumes too.
The diffuser only works if the app is running on your phone. If you exit the app, the diffuser stops. Forget about scheduling, it won’t run until you log into the app and leave your phone.
Would be nice if there was a way to get help when the app stops working because there’s no answers on the app page or on the website.
I have 5 of these units in different properties that we own and they’ve all recently become “disconnected” and say that the firmware needs to be updated. When I run the update it isn’t successful. I depend on these units to create an impression on our guests but I’ve found that when the units is disconnected it stops running. I’m not sure what the problem is but it’s extremely disappointing.
Tried updating firmware and it just sat there attempting to update it for hours. I came back and tried to see if I was disconnected from wifi but that wasn’t the issue. Then I tried to turn my display sleep mode off so that the screen wouldn’t go to sleep while “updating” then I closed then re opened the app and tried updating the firmware again, but it still never updated. This thing is janky sometimes. Sadly
