Bought this and it never ever work because the automation scheduling never worked.

Calendar doesn’t display correctly. Can’t scroll past day 3. Shows only June 111 222 333 in iPhone.

No issues but I only use the BT option

Just keeps spinning and doesn’t even download

The app is worthless since the machines don’t hold a connection to either BT or WiFi. And, you can’t control the diffuser manually either (there’s zero switches), so it’s money wasted. I can get a Bluetooth connection for about 5 minutes before it disconnects. Scheduling doesn’t work, power on/off don’t work. It’s dumb. My two diffusers have “needed a firmware update for almost 2 years, but impossible to do when the diffusers can’t connect to anything anyway. I want to like these because the theory is good and so are the scents , but I’ve told everyone to skip this product.

Company does not want to honor warranty. After three months the machine stopped working and they do not want to replace it . They keep saying it needs to be troubleshoot before they can do anything . How are you going to troubleshoot a dead machine ?

It keep stopping after 5 mins

I don’t get it. I set the schedule for 9a to 9p but I can clearly hear the fan working after 9pm.

This system was extremely easy to set up! The app is easy to navigate and connect your device, the hardest part was finding my WiFi password LOL!! Highly recommended this is AWESOME!!

You have to set a schedule in the app to turn on and off the fan. That would be fine if it even worked. I cant change the times. They both stay at 8am start and 8pm off. I can’t change the days, it resets to Monday to Fridays after saving. It also resets back to medium frequency. Please fix your app. I was so excited for this.
