Some of the Cydia sources are blocked in the area so I began a long trial and error for VPNs still can be installed into an iPad Mini Gen1 running iOS 9.3.5. Voila, there comes this Secure VPN. I accidentally renew subscription. After that I asked for return inside the app twice and developer didn’t answer me after a month of waiting. Horrible service.
