I can’t contact the provider, vpn is not working and they don’t want to cancel subscription or refund!!!

I tried using roblox while using this vpn (in U.A.E)but the didn’t even let me log in!! That’s how terrible it is!!

I tried the free trial and it looks okay to me so i purchased the application but after the purchased the vpn when activated its says connected but my web browsing and games are not working. Please address this issue i am having right now, i did a one year subscription that will be for nothing.
