Unreliable and unstable with zero support
I have been using the apps for more than a month and these are my feedbacks/ reviews: 1) the apps centre mentioned that the service is good for 5 devices but after connecting to 4, the apps does not allow me to connect me last piece of device. 2) the apps is not reliable enough to sustain a proper connect for one Netflix show. This means that I will need to keep disconnecting and reconnecting the VPN throughout the movie. Bad. 3) the apps keep prompting me the error message "User Authentication failed" when I connected using my macbook. It only allow me to connect to Singapore region...not sure what is the use of a VPN apps that only allow me to connect to Singapore. 4) the apps has a stability issue that will require me to either kill the program to re-start the programme or reboot my iPad to restart the programme. This is frustrating. 5) last but not least,the apps provides ZERO Support. Not sure when they derived the 7 days support on their website. I had wrote to the service provide for at least 5 times with ZERO reply. In today digital age and service oriented world, this service level standard might not be sufficient. 6) after updated the iOS, can't even launch the apps. For those who think that he can live with the above issue without support, pls support the developer. Regards, Kenny
