Over the last 12 months there had been a lot of additional changes to the app to improve functionality. The customer care team have always been super friendly and helpful.

The support does not respond to queries The app cannot be opened since they have upgraded and support won’t respond to queries It’s frustrating. I want to cancel as there is no service anymore. Support please respond to emails. This is like a scam if you do not respond.

Try many times but still can not cancel the membership

This is one of my favourite apps to date. Having it playing around my house, especially in the morning, shifts my energy and has my day starting with quite a bounce and inspiration. It’s like a really great coach with genuine care for your best life and with a little push as well. The customer support has been very helpful, super friendly and quick!!! A great app for great health and success!!

Worth every penny - use it to get the value! Very responsive customer support.

I had been using this app daily for about a week and now the app randomly will not load. It opens to just a white background with the logo and does absolutely nothing. I have restarted my phone and also uninstalled and reinstalled the app and neither has fixed the issue. I cannot find anywhere to login online either so I can manage my subscription. I won’t pay to use apps that decide to stop working.

Just like the reviews from others, I logged out and unable to login. Have reset my password several times and it is the correct password because when I put the wrong password it says password invalid. When I use the correct password there is no response. You can’t cancel your subscription if you can’t login. Have contacted support but no response either.

I appreciate this practice because the narrator reinforces positive narratives that resonate with me. I have identified and reprogrammed many negative beliefs I once held about myself. I first discovered the concept of self-talk through an audiobook, which led me to purchase the recordings. I've noticed significant improvements in my self-esteem and the way I present myself. Thank you, positive self-talk, for transforming my mindset.

When I first tried this app I really didn't like it and all sorts of resistance came up for me. I even wrote an email of complaint to the customer service! But then something told me to experiment with a daily committment for a week and see what happens, and after a few days in, I was totally hooked! I told my sister that I feel like Shel's voice is the voice of a reasonable father we never had; teaching and training us in how to be functional, successful adults. Now, I am several months into this daily committment and am observing myself picking up healthy habits, ditching the toxic behaviours, and programming the power of my subconscious to work FOR me, not AGAINST me - all thanks to this powerful and humble little app that keeps me on track every day. I am so grateful for this magical mind hack! You will not regret doing yourself this service ;)
