I have 3 bad experience with selfdrive , And I don't recommend dealing with them

The app always crashes and their customer service is the worst in terms of answering calls and customer service agents attitude. In addition to the deposit refund process which takes more than 45 days and even till now I didn’t get my refund back. I definitely do NOT recommend self drive to anyone.

Be carful they will steel your credit card they will double charge you without your permission. You will suffer to get your money back. Stay away from them. I would really appreciate if apple remove their app from the store.

They canceled my booking after charging me the full amount without any reason

I booked a car rental and they deducted the money, after that they rejected the documents and cancelled the booking, then they charged me with a cancellation fees!!

They are not trusted and don’t care about the clients They just want to steal your money

Self drive is the worst rental service i ever used or seen, they dont stop charging your card and they charge the security deposit while they said its only a pre-authorization their call center is useless and tottally unprofessional. It was a big mistake to use their services… dont even think of downloading their app.

I don’t recommend anyone to use this company, it’s broker only providing used cars with highly kilometers in bad condition. I refused to receive the car . They didn’t refund the money right now as the customer service not professional at all .

It do what is the best for the Car leasing office but don’t care for the customers or their clients at all When it comes to Car renting fees , Charges , Fuel , Delivery fees , Security Deposits they literally steal the clients and sometimes duplicate the charges without asking for a permission from the customers If you are looking for a professional car renting experience I don’t support either advice using this app
