SelfDrive Mobility

This is a total scam!!! I rented a car for one day. Returned it on time. I was charged for 14days!!!! Their customer service number is on constant hold and no one picks up the phone. This company should be reported to the authorities!!

After paying for collection and delivery and providing the location for both, which was the same, the driver failed to collect at the assigned time and I was advised that I would be charged an additional day rental! Awful attitude from the person I spoke to on the phone. Will NEVER use again.

worst customer service and they make you toss around without any resolution. They confirmed early delivery while taking payment and then hard to get an answer from them once payment is done. There was no call to inform that delivery will be late and lady from reservation asked to to take a taxi if I have to reach airport. Very rude way to deal wit customers. I am shocked to see company like self drive is providing such shameful experience to customers whereas Dubai is thriving for customer experience.

Do not use this company. They are truly the worst and the customer service is non existent. It has taken around 4 months to get my deposit refunded and I had to chase them every day non stop. They still owe me money for charges they literally made up out of thin air. I would give them minus stars if it was paossible.

The company will try tirelessly to convince you to purchases extras. They will provide you with 1 month only special rate. They will not double check if you want to renew in advance, maybe 24 hours if you are lucky. They take payments without permission. Cars do not arrive on time. After reducing promotional rate, the next month you pay for will be 30%-40% more expensive

Avoid using this company at all cost. Its cheap but not worth the hassle. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They charge your card when they feel like it and never respond to complaints just to name a few issues

They charge you for extension without even asking the customer. They take money from your account without any agreement. To return deposit it took me 6 months. Customer service is really bad . I do not recommend this company

كل مخالفة يدفعونه لك سوف يأخذون رسوم اضافيه دون أن يعلموك ولا يمكنك دفع المخالفات بنفسك عند تسليم السيارة تقيم الأضرار يكون اكتر من الضعفين و يجب أن توافق . عند استلامي السيارة لا يوجد فيها فيول و عند التسليم قامو بتعبئتها خزان كامل و حسبوه علي و احتسبو رسوم خدمة أيضا 25 + الضرائب لتعبئه خزان الوقود ؟ ! سهولة الخدمة كثير من الدفع و الخسارة و الرسوم

Don’t believe any good reviews about self drive . It’s written by them I’m sure. There’s no way a customer is satisfied with their services

Extremely dissatisfied with them. Once you book & get a confirmation, you would have to wait at the rent a car company for 2 hours coz they haven’t sent any requests to the rent a car company. Also, even after having returned the car well before the due date/time they charge you again & again. No one ever responds to calls.
