كل مخالفة يدفعونه لك سوف يأخذون رسوم اضافيه دون أن يعلموك ولا يمكنك دفع المخالفات بنفسك عند تسليم السيارة تقيم الأضرار يكون اكتر من الضعفين و يجب أن توافق . عند استلامي السيارة لا يوجد فيها فيول و عند التسليم قامو بتعبئتها خزان كامل و حسبوه علي و احتسبو رسوم خدمة أيضا 25 + الضرائب لتعبئه خزان الوقود ؟ ! سهولة الخدمة كثير من الدفع و الخسارة و الرسوم

Extremely dissatisfied with them. Once you book & get a confirmation, you would have to wait at the rent a car company for 2 hours coz they haven’t sent any requests to the rent a car company. Also, even after having returned the car well before the due date/time they charge you again & again. No one ever responds to calls.

Renting car through app was a new experience for me. Initially I was bit skeptical about the condition of car, security deposit etc., finally booked Geely Emgrand, and to my surprise got Brand New 2024 car delivered. Also, as I returned the car, I got to see deposit refund processed to my Selfdrive credits within 24 hrs, which is completely a stress-free feature.

This company is by far the worst I've ever dealt with. They are unprofessional!!! When you have a car emergency, you can never get a hold of them. However, if you happen to get a fine, they will immediately deduct it from your account with no notification. The agents are arrogant and rude. Do yourself a favour and never ever rent a car through them.

I asked them at the beginning I need to rent a car for only one month , then on day I went to return they charged my card again for a month , Now I am following up from last 2 weeks , and the day every day , we will escalate , Never share card details with them .

I have booked 2 days prior to rent a car and given them time to complete KYC and waited for 1:30 hr/min for someone to call me and let me know that the car is being delayed but there was noting no one bothered to contact or let me know anything about it…. Worst part there is no cancellation option And the customer service that i called no it took me 1 Hr to connect and they keep on passing to.document team,IT team,reservation team, later one of the opratior ask me please be patient and one of our team will call you back after 30 min or 1 hr… so what is the point if we book from them again it stupid and annoying what i felt and one other person who went through this said it right thet they just keep on apologising for what idk… and also when i asked the operator could you check how far is the car… they were unable to tell me because evem they don’t know how lng it will take or where is the car…. Long story short dont book from them there are better app then this…

They are scammers they don’t give you the model which you book and do not return your deposit and their agents are super scammers

I have returned the car in pristine condition for two months now. However my return has not yet been processed. When i reach out to their customer service they give me a new dat each time one week from the call. I have written multiple emails and non of them has been responded to. To me all this seems behavior not to return the deposit.
