Die App wird seit Wochen, wenn nicht Monaten „gefixed“ und man kann NICHTS machen.

The app is under construction for over a month now, and therefore not at all usable. It is said that I have to complete a check in for my stay in the app, but with it not working and the hostel team ignoring my mails, the app is just not working for me.

Hi, Wir sind im Selina La Candelaria in Bogota und finden es großartig. Möchte weitere Destinationen ansehen. Leider kann ich die App nicht runterladen, weil ich einfach den Verification Code nicht bekomme. Hatte zunächst die Privacy Einstellungen eingeschränkt, nun ALLES erlaubt - klappt nicht 🥲

it is mandatory to check in yourself even if you are already in the hotel in front of the front desk manager. So you do a thing clumsy while you have in front somebody who could check you in a 100 times quicker. That’s not making The customer experience I was looking for.

die hostelkette ist sehr freundlich, offen und backpackerfreundlich gehalten.. gefällt mir sehr gut! allein der hosteleigene hund im hostel in la fortuna war ein wenig arrogant.. auch nach mehrmaligem pfeifen und kissy-sounds war er wenig interessiert, bzw hat erst garnicht reagiert. Das geht besser! sonst jedoch habe ich rein garnichts auszusetzen.

Please fix the iPad app, when you open it it doesn’t give you any option except to choose destination and when you do it just opens grey screen and that is it.

Selina is amazing and I save so much on the app with points and free nights!

App and hostel were okay for the most part. However, they should have clear pricing and self service for reservation modifications. I changed dates by chat in the app (pushed the stay by one day) because there isn’t a self service option. They raised the rate on me without informing me and refused to honor the quoted rates. They should improve their customer service or at least improve this app to inform customers of pricing if their staff is incapable of it.
