Try to add a flight since I bought several months ago. Never worked. Can’t see the purpose of this app

Have always problems to book with the app, never works reliable. Last problem dos not accepting Letters in the ID. But when the solve this one sure with a new update they will “develop” a new one.

Nothing works in this app. Not even a contact option is available and all contact information on the website doesn’t work, telephone numbers don’t exist, the promoted WhatsApp channel neither. Incredibly bad service. Never experienced anything comparable.

Haben gerade 20x versucht einen Flug zu buchen und sind immer wieder nach Eingabe aller Daten gescheitert.Wenn man es bis zu den Kreditkartendaten geschafft hat war der Continue-Button verschwunden und man konnte nicht abschließen.Einige Male war auch schon bei der Sitzauswahl Schluss.Jetzt müssen wir in ein Internetcafe und versuchen über die instabile Webseite zu buchen. Sorry,aber dafür gäbe es keine Punkte,wenn man nicht einen vergeben MÜSSTE!

Buena aplicación, pero hay unos puntos que se puede mejorar: - las compras siempre salen en la moneda en que se queda los ajustes de celular. No hay opción para definir una moneda o un país preferido para las compras. Hay que elegir la moneda siempre antes de buscar los vuelos. Mejor sería una configuración en los ajustes. - no hay opción para bloquear la app con PIN o FaceTime - la pantalla no funciona bien en un iPhone 11 Pro Max. Las esquinas de la pantalla quedan sin responder muchas veces. Parece que no está optimizado para pantallas grandes de los iPhones - No se puede guardar la tarjeta LifeMiles en el wallet (error de la aplicación)
