Constantly loosing connection, recordings are not playing properly, loosing sound. With every update something gets broken either on iPhone 13 or 14. I don’t think we had time with no issues for over a year and a half now.

App doesn’t really work
Writing this as I sit outside my daughters’ bedroom door because the servers are unavailable. Can’t log in to the app so I can’t access the camera feed. When it does connect, the app itself is pretty bad. It always takes a few attempts to load activity and you need to change screens a few time to even have the camera feed visible. Makes no sense why it takes 4 or 5 steps to open the one camera view that we have set up. Overall, the hardware seems to work fine but the app is garbage. Given that it is required to use the app, I recommend avoiding all sense-u products.
Helps a lot
As a mom with severe anxiety with breathing this has helped a lot so I’m not constantly hovering over my son!
Needs so much improvement.
I’ve been using this app for two years. Finally just broke down and bought an entirely new camera from a different company. -constantly sings me out -after the latest update it freezes after 10 seconds EVERYTIME. It’s become useless. -terrible audio quality.
Great when it works
The app continually freezes when monitoring him with the video, been a few times now where it seems like he’s still sleeping then when I walk past his room I can hear him screaming, check the video as to why I’m not hearing it through my phone and it had frozen. So it looks like hes still sleeping. I was so angry, I would never have let him cry and I don’t know for how long he had been crying for while I was mindlessly doing chores whisking he was asleep.
Sense-U belly monitor
I absolutely love it, works amazing for my preemie baby! Helps me keep track of her temperature without sticking a thermometer in the armpit and interrupting sleep. Highly recommend
Loosing device constantly
Bought sens-u camera 4months ago. The app lost the camera connection config about 10 times since then. Always using the app from home, device has never moved. Wifi upload and download speeds could hardly be better, signal strength is A1. Still, app looses connection to the device. Need to delete the device from app, restart configuration. Quite annoying when the device is statically installed at a place hardly accessible… And for the price and their quality claims… I quite regret my choice.
Great customer service, great product
I love that is more affordable than the owlet, provides detailed information and works well!
Great peace of mind
I purchased this sensor even before my daughter was born and I am so glad I did. She ended up being born premature and with bradycardia. While I know this is not a medical monitor, it did a great job of alerting me when her breathing slowed down and the alerts actually woke me up. I haven’t experienced a lot of false alarms and it gives me great peace of mind and helps me sleep at night. My one wish is that you could disable alerts from the Lock Screen in iPhone. You have to actually open the phone, open the app and then disable if you don’t leave the Sense-u baby app open at night. Definitely a great purchase.
Base station
The base station was not as effective as I would have hoped. It wouldn’t connect 20 feet down the hallway very well. It kept disconnecting or saying signal low and then would reconnect.
