für mich als live drummer nicht mehr wegzudenken. wird von update zu update immer besser. "aaa" ist der support des herstellers. schon mehrmals per mail meine fragen und verbesserungsvorschläge durchgegeben. antwort mit brauchbaren tipps und hinweis auf verbesserung im nächsten update folgen postwendend! sehr zu empfehlen!

Ich finde die App super nur kann man die Reihenfolge der Songs nicht ändern, wenn man die Setliste kurzfristig ändert. Dies sollte man mit verschieben z.B Song 3 auf Platz 5 mit dem Finger änderbar sein.

Die App ist eigentlich ganz gut, nur stürzt sie immer ab beim Versuch, eine Setlist zu mailen. Ohne diese Funktion ist die App de facto für mich nutzlos. Dass der Fehler seit mehr als einem halben Jahr und sicherlich 8 Updates besteht, die Funktion aber im In-App Store zum Kauf angeboten wird, halte ich für problematisch.

Die App wirkt in Vielem Userfreundlich und lässt sich somit gut handhaben. Noch nicht so überzeugend wirken auf mich die Listen: Darauf fehlen: - Tempo - Bemerkung - Songlänge Die Reihenfolge der Attribute möchte ich gerne selbst bestimmen! Weshalb kann man einen Song nicht zwei Mal aufführen????

I have been very happy with the App. Support on the couple of times I have needed it has been swift and accurate. Does exactly what it is supposed to do and provides more than adequate functionality for my needs as a gigging musician with constantly changing and updating sets with multiple bands.

Response to developer: Just because you announce something six months in advance does not make it right. You have changed your original product and its functionality (as many have paid for) in order to force people to move to another product with a monthly subscription. It’s wrong. When Bandhelper reaches is it saturation what next? Update: What a scam! Create a great app, get everyone to buy it, and then make it worse so you are pushed to buy his other app with a monthly subscription fee. Guess it wasn’t working that well because now he takes away syncing which is what buyers have already paid for. The price of this app has also gone way up - I’m sure to force you to do the same. I will not buy BAND HELPER for this reason and encourage others to do the same. I will be filing a complaint with Apple. Feels like extortion to me. ————————- This used to be the greatest program - worthy of awards. I have recommended it to many musician friends and colleagues. With the latest major upgrade I now hate it and it seems to be the consensus with those that I have spoken with. The problem with the latest version is that too much time is spent on unnecessary configuration and formatting. That's what programmers are for. The whole look and operation is now uncomfortable. What used to be a no-brainer, simple to use program now requires a learning curve. Not that I can't figure it out, but I find myself spending way too much time trying to configure the software and it takes time away from what it's really all about - the music. I have been using the new version for weeks now and I still get frustrated at every gig. The fact that you need to watch videos to learn it and are instructed to do so speaks volumes. We all finally decided at our last gig to ditch it. What a shame. I will probably still archive my lyrics and music library here but can no longer recommended it for the performing musician. Back to printed set lists for a while. There is a lot here but much is really unnecessary for most performing musicians. Ideally, I would like to see the old version come back and then offer this version for those who have the need, desire and patience to spend the time it takes. I have a lot of respect for Arlo Leach and his programming abilities but this version is more about the programming than the music. As the old saying goes "if it ain't broke don't fix it." I need a Set List Maker!

I’ve been using Set List Maker on my gigs for over 10 years almost on a daily basis. The app is essential to my work as a professional musician. Unlike some apps SLM has never been abandoned by its creator. It’s constantly being developed, new features added, regularly updated. Any problems or suggestions bring immediate attention and fast solution by Arlo and his team. Plenty of helpful information in the tutorials and forum.

I’ve us d this app for years and it’s been fine until 2 days ago. After this most recent update on 9/19/23 I can’t even open any of the files I have saved in this app now. It just constantly crashes when trying to open.

I’ve been using this app for over ten years and I love it. It does exactly what I need and more. Arlo is extremely responsive to technical issues and always has a solution. I don’t understand some of the poor reviews. Yes, this app can be a bit complicated, but that’s only because it’s so flexible and packed with features. Once you understand how to use it you won’t want anything else.

Turned the entire band on to this app, now everyone uses it. Easy to modify and share lists week to week. The added features of lyrics, chord, starting key and notes makes this invaluable.
