Setmore Appointment Scheduling

Been using this app since 2018, im looking for an alternative. This new version is a joke . Things that usually took 1 clock now take 3, u cant see even the amount or the client of a specific service when booked on the fly u have to do like 7585 click to see the useful info. In addition the address now needs like 3 clicks or 4 to see the location of a certain client , we book based on location or schedule. THIS UPDATE IS A NIGHTMARE.

Setmore is a wonderful scheduling app that is quite useful once you get the hang of it. about the different features it has like the booking page and the CRM features like emailing customers for reviews. Recently, they just made a change to the app. previously when you were changing the business hours, it would also give you the option to change your staff hours along with it. Now this does not appear to be an option, which can be quite frustrating when you’re dealing with multiple staff hours in a seasonal business. hopefully, they can change back to the way it was also I wish they had an option for coupon codes, and the option for users to join a waitlist if the entire schedule is booked up

please give option to revert back to old user interface, it he new schedule looks awful and hard to use

I'm using this app for a few months and so far is excellent, the only thing I add to it is Dark Mode.. Dark mode for me is very necessary due my vision, it's make it easier to read... But the app is great guys..very nice

I have been using Setmore for several years via desktop and laptop and although I was a little hesitant in the beginning due to the many kink & bugs they had. I must say that over time it has become more effective for my business needs

There was zero wrong with the format, colors, style ect of the calendar. I was FORCED to update and I absolutely hate the new style it’s confusing and quite frankly gives me a migraine. I’ll be going back to a different app now. Super disappointed.

The new update is so ugly and hard to look at. They shouldn’t have changed it from how it was.

This update isn’t anything like the old design. The UX moved around so my entire staff can’t figure out how to use things quickly. Things are hidden like the activity and it’s just an over all terrible app now. Still, 5+ years later it still doesn’t have ads on services lol. It’s terrible and already looking for new options

Why can I not go straight to the appointment from the activity tab?

It’s a great app so far jus have some minor issues and hoping some updates would come soon. First - for the add-on feature to allow you to create categories within the add-on section…if you have more than one service with the same name and same description but with different prices in different categories when you go to choose an ad-on all services from all categories show up and the customers don’t know which one applies to them because they can no longer see the category which would have the appropriate price in it. Second when using the app you can not see customers address or other relevant information but when using a PC or using the browser on your phone you will see all the information from the calendar this would be good if you could allow the app to reflect the same level of information to be displayed
