Useless
Device has a sim and can make calls but the app continues to say the device is offline. Have tried using the app on several different devices (both parents phones and an iPad) and it still can’t see the watch. So I have a watch for my daughter that I can’t add any contacts to or use to track her.
Wow amazing app!!!!!!
My kid has this it’s so easy to use and I can keep track of kid just a bit of adds at least it’s not like mobile games but I would recommend making things easier
Where to get the SIM card for it?
Hi there, I don’t know where to get a SIM card to work with this watch, we are in Canada. Can someone help? Thank you.

The App is was too complicated and I could never really track the watch cause the app just doesn't make sense! Had to disconnect!
It worked
It will only connect if you put a SIM card in it. Once we had the SIM card in it the watch connected and everything fell into place so it does work. The subscription has been lowered and is a reasonable price. I like it. I hope it keeps working
Horrible
It’s the most difficult app to work! Nothing is simple! I can’t get the watch to connect to internet it says so I can’t put any contacts in ? When doing research it’s seems to technical and hard to get my child’s watch to do what it needs to make this app work! And there is no we’re to call for technical support! I tried a email and a phone # neither work ?! I’m not happy

Nothing works and keeps telling me my watch isn’t connected to wifi but there’s no where to go to connect it!
