ID device problem
How the hell I supposed to know what is ‘ input ID device’ to even function, it says ‘no SIM card’ why do I have to spend money for a Sim card? Honestly, this is a horrible device.

Too much ads
Only works half the time
Sms always fails to send and callback sucessful not even 50%. How can it function properly in a case of emergency if quality is like this? Definitely needs improvement
Device is Offline issue
Every time I want to add number or do anything using app, it shows me “device is offline”. Even that it’s not. Please fix this issue.
Good but offline?
So when I did the sim abs it had no network for my child and it says device offline

Sometimes it mix between my kids accounts. Not accurate tracking

Hard to use. Keeps giving incorrect gps loacation. Please fix

Perfect App n Watch
made life so much easy by sharing short text to my kids and they in response send me voice notes , had literally inserted a 100MB data sim and its over 2weeks all it has consumed is 1.3MB, highly recommend this than smart phone . Also the GPS tracker is not 100% accurate coordinated but hey it give you idea couple meters apart...
Wrong Signal
App is nice but the defect is that fence option is not accurate as it keeps beeping for nothing
