I bought two watches for each of my oarents. Works extremely well. Fall alert is very good - but also goes off when they bang their hands on things or pick fallen things up quickly. The geofence works well. Connectivity sometimes problematic depending where you are. Would be great if this can be a bit more accurate but I realise it depends where signals come from. Can get hold of parents very quickly if there’s a problem

The watch often looses network and the location is not accurate.

Ads every time when using the app is reason enough to buy a different watch for your child. 7/10 for function.

I set the watch on do not desturb. It is not on the app anymore so I can not change it. I am really disappointed and is still not working So many complaints and it is still not working

The concept is great. Watch GPS isnt accurate and ises towers for approximate location so it does not have real time movement. The set up of the watch is super unfriendly and needed to take a lot of google to get it installed for other country (south africa). Wish it was water resistant. The chat feature sometimes work.

Used to work perfectly but now it is not a device that works any longer since the watch does not pick up a network or the app states the watch is not connected to a network. I have tried putting the SIM card in a phone and it works perfect. So I am not sure what the problem is but now the watch can’t be used!

The watch works fine and it alert me every time she leaves the group fence and with SOS alert . However the location seems to be a problem sometimes , as I write this review my daughter is at school but the locations says she is about 5km away from school and the exact location it gives me is the Cemetery 😳🙆🏾‍♀️. This is not alright , please fix the location issue . Thanks , we are in SA 🇿🇦

GPS is mostly inaccurate. Locale is seldom precise so I can’t really track my child’s safety.

This app is not friendly at all. How are we supposed to track or make calls if the watches network is always down. This makes getting ahold of the other person very difficult. Making changes on the app is also a struggle because it cannot get ahold of the watch therefore you cannot make changes to your personalised settings. No working app= no working watch

GPS positioning is not very accurate, but otherwise fine
