The offline downloads button should be more accessible (top right of the screen). Add “smart download” so when i finish watching an episode that is downloaded it deletes itself and starts downloading the next episode (delete and play next button). fullscreen button on downloaded episodes too.

Hello I am using ur application for 4 years on my iPhone but recently ur application is not opening I cannot see any of series I am watching I thought that it was a wifi problem but I have tried several wifi and still not working please check it and refer to me

I have never seen such bad customer service that feels like talking to a phone scammer There should be a button to remove your card information when you need it like any other normal subscription/online payment service. In addition, the website says you have to share your last 4 card number details. One of the customer support tried to aggressively push for first 6 and last 4. Might as well provide my entire card number at this point. Talked to another customer support and it went fine with last 4. Very very very bad service, such a shame this is coming from our arab part of the world. Things should be smooth and easy, not this way. I hope someone on the team reads this and takes it into consideration because it is a huge problem and should be improved.

Subscribed VIP for my mom. And till now it doesn’t work. Whenever I contact the team they don’t know what to do or how to fix it. They only say that they will contact the technical support team

The only reason I subscribed to this terrible app is because they’re the only one that broadcast WWE in the Middle East. While Live broadcasting is just OK, it takes them days to upload the original english commentary for rewatching even though the Live broadcast is in English. I really hope WWE finds another partner in the Middle East

I can’t open my shahid logged me out and have error I-1019 Why?

So far I’ve been really enjoying the app but recently it has been disallowing me to enter it and it’s showing i-1019. I would extremely appreciate it if you could help me. Thanks!
