اسوء خدمة عملاء

اسوء خدمة عملاء في المجرة!! التطبيق صنع لسرقة الاموال وليس للمشاهدة والاستمتاع ، لا اريد استرجاع نقودي ، اريد فقط ان انبه المستخدمين الجدد، لا انصح به.

Mixed feelings

The selection of the series and movies is pretty good, a lot of option. But I have a problem with the subtitles… I am not a speaker of the arabic language so I need the translation in English. Even tho you have the subtitles Available for the series it works only on the TV APP, not on iPhone or iPad… I hope you find a way to solve that problem. 😅

Worst app

Worst app ever, didn’t work for 6 months then after my yearly subscription was over they took another fees for another year subscription but they insisted that I signed up using a jmail account which there is nothing called jmail so I had no active account but fees for a full year subscription has been taken from my bank account, they have a no refund policy so be careful when you get tired of “their service” just remember to cancel your subscription. Finally I received an email from them saying that they haven’t received money from my account after getting my money back from apple. So not only they are not professional they are also liars.

The app is not Worth it

It Keeps crushing on multiple times

Problem

I paid for months for nothing I used only 2 or 3 days and the app didn't open again i restarted my phone and I deleted the app for many times and the app didn't open

After update

After update the application freezing I can't login .fix it please
