My only problem with this app is that you pay a good amount to watch your favorite shows and out of no where they get deleted. The app sometimes doesn’t work and needs to be updated which is not a problem but most apps just update themselves with having to do it manually. Also the “continue watching “ option is so bad sometimes it’s 2 episodes off. There are limited options now it used to be a lot better.

The customer service using only email, no international free phone number or local number in USA. The customer service replied fast to your email problem without providing any solution to your problems. I use to have the app running perfectly on my Apple TV device, I try to update the application and it didn’t work so I deleted the application and try to reinstall. I couldn’t redownload the application. With more that 12 emails no actual solution was provided. I am very disappointed 😔 As of August 1, 2024. The application announced price increase. I was paying $50/year now the want 100/year, which is 100% increase. This is unjustified and very bad decision for the publisher so I canceled my membership.

واجهت مشلكة عند انتهاء اشتراكي وابغى الغي الاشتراك لا يوجد خيار الغاء الاشتراك وسوف يستمر السحب شهريا من البطاقة وعند الاتصال يعطون طلبات غريبة وما يلغون الاشتراك اتمنى الكل يعرف قبل يشترك في شاهد

جداً سيء من ناحيه الاعلانات لا استطيع ان اشاهد الفيلم براحة كل دقيقه يضهر اعلان ارجوا حل المشكله وايضاً ياريت انو الاعلانات غير عن بعض لا الاعلانات كلهم نفس الشيء اعلان واحد وهو البيت الملعون ومن رايي ان البيت الملعون ليس جميل وليس مااحب من مسلسلات لانه جدا سيء.

I need the iraqi language movies and series, i need a option to change the speaking language to arabic(iraqi) also it will be better to delet the reklams beacause everytime that i skipped or peaused it shows reklams, and also the app dont have too much turkish series its need to added more new turkish series and movies
