Absolute garbage
Will start cleaning in the middle of the night, no schedule. Awful awful garbage. Clearly this is not some thing you can trust. Easily Hackable, scam, piece of trash. I hate Shark!

Failed to connect to robot with iPhone 14 or higher
I tried to call shark for a months, finally they tell me, this app cannot connect to their robot if the customer’s phone is iPhone 14 or higher. You must have an iPhone which can connect to their robot then use their robot for Clenaing. Otherwise, the solution is prepare a phone for using their robot. Their critical bug! But they only blame customers why you don’t have a iPhone which can connect to the robot? How big elegant company SharkNinja it is?
Bad updates
Every new update seems to mess up something else that you have to adjust to. My vacuum likes to roam around for at least 10 minutes before it actually decides to vacuum what I ask it to on the map. Hardware is great…programming awful! I have been slowly going back to my manual vacuum as it is agonizing to watch this this and babysit this robot.
Literally won’t connect
I tried two different phones, and when it brings you to the connect to wifi screen, it will not find ANY wifi network at all. I’ve literally put a hotspot right next to the connecting phone and vacuum and it won’t show anything at all.

Great help and nice app
We love our robot vacuum, it’s silent enough, cleans pretty well and it’s something that we don’t have to do anymore. We love our experience with the app and the vaccum and we totally recommend it! ✔️

Not working with iPhone 14 Pro
App worked fine with my iPhone X but can’t connect robot with iPhone 14 Pro. Please update your app

I can’t get out of ‘edit map’ …the ‘clean’ button won’t show
Inadequate cleaning
Cleaning besides walls is inadequate, sometimes trash is moved away by fans rotating outside and they are not picked up.
