Poor customer service. Claimed to follow up my order but received nothing from them.

Everything is good except for that you can’t further filter on categories when you selected/searched on a certain brand. For example, when I search “Marc Jacob”, and it only has filter on size, color, price and designer but no categories.

This is a really convenient app. It ran smoothly and I was able to place my order quickly. Thank you!

Products are easily seen and checked in details on photos. Always have promotions for VIP

The app was shut down 3 times during the shopping fortunately the goods were still in the shopping bag when I returned into the app, the bad side is I already had no mood to search again what I was looking right before it shut down. Hopefully the bugs would be fixed soon before I visit next time.

Have been shopping with Shopbop for over ten years but found that the fulfillment service is getting very bad. The orders never came right for the last year, all my orders had duplicated order/missing items/wrong items/ wrong sizes, making me feel very frustrated especially it is not free to return for international customers.

Incredible hard to use, I can’t modify my name and my credit card name in the check out point, waste my 30 mins to re type information again and again. Please fix

Can’t filter by shoe size in my heart.

There’s less filter options on website than one app. But the filter option on the app is garbage cause it doesn’t work anyway. Waste of time
