Shot Scope

Worked okay initially but after latest Apple phone updates the app will not open it just crashes. This is a severe issue as can’t upload round on latest watch. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS SHOT SCOPE!

Great watch , only problem it’s not saving my rounds now from June , if I could find some help on the website would have marked it with 4 stars 🌟

The app gives you almost everything you will ever need to know about your game. A must have if you are serious about improving your scores. If it could map your round in real time on your phone (like game golf) it would receive full marks. I would 100% recommend.

I have always been an avid supporter of Shot Scope how ever this new watch is a disaster. It is finally going to crack my support and if things don’t improve i will be asking for my money back. There are so many bugs and gremlins. Pick up still doesn’t work after numerous complaints. Putts no longer register their location. Pin location is often yards off. Twice today it wasn’t even shown on the green.

I’ve had the shot scope V3 since Jan 24, and I have been generally quite pleased with this product! I mainly use the gps + track, and I’ve been pleased with how I’ve been able to cut 3 shots off my handicap from 12 to 9 purely by reducing the number of shots left short on approach to green! I have recently bought a replacement set of tags as a number of the originals had worn down! I have re organised my bag and use tubes for the clubs with foam at their base to stop the wearing of the tags on the bottom of the bag! These new tags appear to be much better at picking up which club is being used and doesn’t appear to miss any shots after two rounds of using them! Great product for the price!

Forget about the tags as they’re pointless if nothing loads in the apps and no stats load 👍🏿

The watch and the tracking is fantastic but this app is garbage because it’s buggy. First of all I had to turn off the watch and relog into the app to fix some sort of syncing bug first time I used it, ok not great but I can live with this. But then I now seem to have a corrupted game that has no stats, and what’s worse it that it seems to have broken the edit/sing-off functionality across the app, now my app just crashes if I try to sing-off or edit any games. Great. So totally useless, probably lost my scores and no obvious way to fix. Please put some basic QA testing or give your developers time to do and implant proper testing for software please ffs.

None of my rounds upload to the app and always stays on 99% what do I do

This app is so buggy it’s a disgrace. I’m seriously thinking of moving to arccos I can’t stand it any more
