I just purchased this app and have major regrets. I’ve tried to complete 1 workout and the app functionality is not intuitive and it’s very awkward to navigate through the workouts. Nothing automatically plays. You can’t repeat sets/reset the timer to do reps on the other side of your body. Very disappointed to be stuck with this purchase with no option for a refund. Cancelling my subscription as soon as I can, and in the meantime I’ll be using a better app.

Love the price for what you get. I like picking a 6-8 week program and getting after it.

I’ve used Shreddy for over FOUR years and I’ve always loved it! The interface is easy to navigate, the team is fast to respond if there are any bugs to fix, and it’s full of great features! The workouts themselves are great quality, and I’ve had great results! Plus they’ve consistently added new features and guides to keep things fresh

I have tried a few different fitness apps and none have worked for me and my goals except this one! The challenges are the best, the transform ones especially!

So so many glitches. I can’t even delete workouts from my plan and it’s just a mess. Fix the bugs!!!

I joined the app earlier this year. I have been following Grace for a while, who has completely changed my work career for productivity and I figured why not give her workout guides a try. This is the best thing I’ve done. Not only have I been the most motivated I have been in a long time, but I have not felt bad about myself or missing a day of a workout because of this community. The chat group is amazing. They are your biggest hype crew, keep you motivated and give you the push you need. It has been incredible!

Wanted to love it it but I spent more time trying to get the app to work than working out. It really demotivates you from working out because it’s not a seamless app. Soooooooo many glitches and hard to customize, having to pause in between my workouts too many times. It crashes randomly so you have to start over, wouldn’t let me delete workouts from my plan, trying to get to the next workout in AMRAP was impossible, it went on infinitely and wouldn’t let me finish the workout. Waste of money and time tbh, very disappointed.

i thought my experience before was bad. workouts were not the length they said they were, last workout of the last set was always skipped, beeping sound to acknowledge start/end of workouts randomly stopped. today had a workout with AMRAP. i clicked ‘finish AMRAP’ and it finished the entire workout…. on the 3 workout. i won’t be renewing. too many bugs. when did this come out again?

I love this app so much! I am someone that doesn’t need too much one on one support but loves having a fitness plan to follow. Shreddy gives me everything and more! A variety of gym/home based guides depending on your goals, meal plan suggestions based on your dietary concerns. The only thing I would change is the timer counters often don’t work but I can get around it and use my own. If you’re looking for a way to get excited and motivated about your workouts look no further! And definitely sign up for the challenges 💪🏼

I am a long time supporter and follower of Grace, but this app is just awful. For the amount of money we pay for it, this just shouldn’t be allowed. My progress is constantly reset/erased, nothing loads properly, app quits mid-workout, etc. There are thousands of complaints about this but nothing seems to be getting fixed. I LOVE these workouts, but this app is a rip off unfortunately. Very disappointed. (My device and app are both updated, so that’s not the problem.)
