Charged again after unsubscribing - They refuse to refund! Beware
I was unhappy with the app as it was glitchy and I did not enoy the contents, especially since the meal plan that was suggested to me totalled under 1200 calories ?! So I requested a refund through iTunes which I was granted, and which comes with being unsubscribed, of course! But to my dismay I was charged again this month, although I am no longer subscribed. Have been arguing via email with them for 2 weeks now. They refuse to refund me even though I have shared proof that I unsubscribed last month. Unbelievable.
